Audrey Deane BSc (Hons) Food Science and Nutrition
Audrey has 12 years experience in the food industry working in Food Development, Buying and Marketing roles at both Tesco and J.Sainsbury. Audrey has specialist knowledge of food ingredients and recipe development resulting in the launch of many ranges of foods including specialist ‘free from’ dietary products. Audrey describes herself as a ‘foodie’ and has a great passion for cooking food and searching out new recipes to try on her family.
Penny Doyle BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics
Penny is a State Registered Dietician and combines clinical NHS practice with freelance work. Currently registered as a dietitian with the Health Professions Council and working within the NHS, she has gained expertise in clinic work seeing individual clients, elderly care and catering. Her freelance work has included private clients and group talks, and she has personal interests in family health, childrens diets and food allergy. She is a passionate cook who strives to put her preaching into practice when entertaining, and feeding her young family.
